Having a profession like lawyer is considered to be a fine art. It is the task that they have to maintain stability, delivering justice and fixing the wrongs of the society. Lawyers are also tasked to prosecute or protect individual. Cases like divorce or a land case dispute and other common cases. However, what will happen if they committed some mistake?

For many lawmakers, legal malpractice is a typical circumstance for the reason that it can be deemed that a lawyer is not capable or being competent to represent or handle an individual or organization as a result it can be lead of losing the case at court.

This kind of malpractice can be identified as accidental or intentional. A good example of intentional malpractice is the lawyer violates a certain confidentiality agreement between him and the client wherein he discloses any of the sensitive information to other parties and can be used against them and this can be considered as a malpractice. In fact it could lead into a serious thing such as loosing a license or can lead to imprisonment.

Aside from that lawyers malpractice can also be describe as the lawyer is not fully prepared for a certain case wherein, he did not acted diligently or the performance is without competence that can be resulted of losing the case. Typically, this can be amounted to property as cash as well.

For those individual or group of people that cannot afford to get their own lawyer. The court will appoint a lawyer that will protect them. The available lawyer that the court can get is a well versed lawyer or perhaps a fresh graduate from the law school. However if the client has noticed or observed that there is malpractice, they can have the chance to sue a case. However, it can be done on a proper period that will be given by the law.

In general, it is very hard to establish of the lawyer is doing grounds for legal malpractice. For the reason that if the lawyer has been notices that they are doing all the best that they can do and still loss and miscalculate the case.

The best thing to do, if you are assuming that your lawyer is doing some legal malpractice is to seek the help of professional and expert in the field of law.
