Regrettably the case had to be postponed due to the request of a small number of defendants and this created great upset within the family. The children’s stepfather, who asserted that they were all looking forward to see justice being served, and would now have to wait half a year to see this carried out.

The stepfather stated that the postponement was disrespectful to the memory of the deceased children and that they all wished and hoped that the legal proceedings would come to an end so that they could get on with rebuilding their lives after the accident.

This is an awful, tragic case and one that had particularly severe outcomes.
